Service Description
A vibrant and hands on introduction to the basics of home kitchen lacto-fermentation for enhancing gut health , expanding flavour profiles and bringing some excitement to the daily staples. We will cover basic kraut, spiced pickled veggies and an essential jalapeño hot sauce. Participants will leave with a jar of each delicacy and the skills to create at home. Sunday, May 5th 10AM -12PM Break -Bring your own lunch (there will be some snacks provided) 1PM -3PM
