Garden to Kitchen “Farm-acy” – Summer

Service Description
For the plant curious and the culinarily passionate, we will go over a few plants that are commonly found in the kitchen garden or pantry and explore the deep lore, healing properties and fortifying qualities. The seasonal inspiration will focus on the common medicinal flowers of the garden – calendula, chamomile & tulsi. As well as green herbal blends of mint, borage and parsley. We will create an increasing knowledge of food grade tonics and daily remedies for overall wellbeing. We will be working with honey and Apple Cider Vinegar based recipes. Sunday, July 14th 10AM -12PM Break -Bring your own lunch (there will be some snacks provided) 1PM -3PM
