Cancellation Policy:

Tuition:

  • For cancellation prior to May 25th, 2018, guest will be fully refunded minus administration fee ($50)
  • For cancellations after May 25th, 2018, and prior to June 6th, 2018, guest will be 50% refunded.
  • For cancellations after June 6th, 2018, guest will be charged full amount

Accommodations and Meals:

  • For cancellation with more than 5 days notice, guests will be fully refunded.
  • For cancellations with less than 5 days notice, the first night will be charged at 100% and the remaining nights at 50%.
